Mr. Tredway earned a degree in electrical engineering at the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1971 before going on to complete his law studies at Loyola University of Los Angeles three years later. While at Loyola, Mr. Tredway served on the staff of the Loyola Law Review and authored, "Rent Withholding Won't Work: The Need for a More Realistic Rehabilitation Policy." A member of the Ventura County Bar Association, he practices primarily in the fields of business and construction law, litigation, and land use and development.
