A certified specialist in taxation, Mr. England graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1963 and Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California in 1966. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1967 and has been a frequent lecturer on real property law for the California Continuing Education of the Bar program. Mr. England is a founder and the past Chairman of the Board of Interface Children Family Services. He is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He practices primarily in the fields of taxation, real property law, employee benefits, commercial law and estate planning.
