Sandra M. Robertson graduated from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina and from the University of North Carolina School of Law. She began practicing in 1976 with Pacific Legal Foundation, a public interest law firm in Sacramento, California. Sandy has lived in Ventura County since 1979 and joined Ferguson, Regnier & Paterson in 1982. Her special areas of practice are law and motion practice, probate and trust litigation and appeals.

Sandy is an avid sports fan, particularly following the Duke Blue Devils and UNC Tar Heels college basketball teams. She is also a fan of the Los Angeles Clippers and Dodgers. She spends time outdoors, but not enough, with her border collie and working in her garden.

Sandy's husband, Bob England, is also a partner in the firm and her daughter, Heather, is an elementary school teacher in Ventura County.
