Robert B. England received his B. S. from California State University at Northridge in 1972 with a B. S. in accounting, he continued his education at New York University earning a M. B. A. with distinction in 1975. He received his J. D. from Fordham University in 1979. He became a Certified Public Accountant while in New York and continues to maintain his Certified Public Accountant license and memberships in New York State Society of Certified Public Accounts and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Bob has contributed substantial time to community organizations. When he is not performing public service his other activities are golf, golf and more golf! And if you want to know about clowns - ask Bob he's been collecting them for years.
